Autumn has graced Hazeley Heath, ushering in a splendid array of beautiful, rich, and flavourful seasonal dishes from Head Chef Rob Boer and the team.

This month, nature bestows upon us a bountiful harvest of quinces, sloes, apples, pears, and ceps.

Available from Wednesday to Saturday is our new seasonally-led Set Menu, which offers a beautiful selection of autumn dishes at a set price for two or three courses.
Currently on the Set Menu are dishes such as Rare Roasted Beef, Squash, Rocket & Seeds and Beer Battered Fish, Garden Peas, Chips, Tartare.

To thank you for your wonderful support over the past 12 months (where does the time go?!) and mark this special milestone, we are hosting a few very special events – and would love you to join us.
Head Chef Rob Boer and the team have created a beautiful Anniversary Menu to celebrate our favourite dishes at The Mutton over the past year.
This special Anniversary Menu evening will be held on Wednesday 11th October and include dishes such as Mutton Crumpet with Pickled Red Cabbage, Grilled Mackerel with Lightly Spiced Pakora and Lentil Dressing and a firm favourite – Salted Caramel Tart.
Tickets for the 5-course Set Menu are £60 per person.
