Mornings are frosty, days are lengthening and we look forward to spring in its full bloom. In the kitchen, Rob and his team are full of spring-like anticipation as they imagine what they will create with wild garlic, broad beans, Jersey royals and, of course, mutton in collaboration with one of our favourite suppliers, Hogget & Boar, to celebrate the incoming brighter days.

IN THE GLASS
Based in Berkshire, Siren Brewery creates flavour-forward beers designed to excite and intrigue.
So, come join us for a pint of Lumina or Yulu, the new additions to The Mutton’s craft beer family.
This Mother’s Day, treat your mum to your new favourite local – we will be open a bit later than usual, until 6pm! Or if you’d like to give her the gift of the pub, our vouchers are available to purchase for a unique experience!
Easter at The Mutton
Celebrate Easter and the coming of spring with us at The Mutton as Chef Rob Boer and his brigade are busy in the kitchen testing and tasting recipes with our hero supplier Hogget & Boar, based in Stockbridge, who provide Rob with the Mutton and Hoggett we will use on our Easter menu.
