In the kitchen, Rob and his team are full of spring-like anticipation as they imagine what they will create with wild garlic, broad beans, Jersey royals and, of course, mutton in collaboration with one of our favourite suppliers, Hogget & Boar, to celebrate the incoming brighter days.

Easter at The Mutton
Celebrate Easter and the coming of spring with us at The Mutton as Chef Rob Boer and his brigade are busy in the kitchen testing and tasting recipes with our hero supplier Hogget & Boar, based in Stockbridge, who provide Rob with the Mutton and Hoggett we will use on our Easter menu. Keep your eyes peeled to find out what Rob will create!
