The days are growing longer, heralding the imminent arrival of spring in all its splendour. In our bustling kitchen, Rob and his team brim with anticipation, excitedly considering dishes they’ll craft using wild garlic, broad beans, leeks, Jersey royals, and purple sprouting broccoli.

Rob’s strong relationship with one of our cherished suppliers, The Woodland Pig Co., has culminated in the creation of a six-course dinner on 21st March to celebrate wonderfully flavoursome pork from Helen & Matt’s farm. Alongside the menu, a wine pairing menu will be available on the evening to perfectly compliment every dish. More details below..

Celebrate Beautiful Flavours and Naturally Reared Pork at The Woodland Pig Co. Dinner on Thursday 21st March


We are delighted to collaborate with award-winning local pig farmer, The Woodland Pig Co., to create a six-course seasonally led menu that pays homage to the outstanding quality of pork considerately incorporated into each dish.

Alongside the menu, a wine pairing menu will be available on the evening to perfectly compliment every dish.

Celebrate Mother’s Day at a Hand-Tied Bouquet Workshop on Saturday 9th March  

Make Mother’s Day even more special this year by joining us to create and hand tie your own floral bouquet.

Hosted by local florists Blossom & Wild, the 2-hour workshop held on Saturday 9th March 10am – 12pm will include a brief talk about flower foraging, garden foliage, garden cuttings, a demonstration and fresh spring flowers with which to make your own hand tied bouquet.
