Our Slow Braised Beef Featherblade with Parmesan Polenta, Kale and Crispy Onions is sure to bring back memories of home-cooked meals and family gatherings. Cooked low and slow, the meat becomes incredibly succulent; the Parmesan polenta is creamy and rich, while the kale adds a hint of earthiness – and to top it all off, crispy onions for a hint of sweetness.

Origen De Resalte – Ribero del Duero is a powerful, firm and elegant wine, made from the Tempranillo grape. The nose is full of ripe red fruit, with hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is smooth and velvety, with a long finish of dark chocolate and tobacco. This is a wine with a bold and complex flavour profile to be enjoyed with grilled meats or rich stews.
