We do love the excitement of Christmas here at The Mutton. What could be more magical than a cosy meal by the open fire and a glass of bubbly to celebrate the festive season with friends, family and colleagues!

Head Chef Rob Boer and his wonderful team have infused our menus with a sprinkling of seasonal enchantment, and we look forward to extending the warmest welcome and ensuring that your festive season kicks off with an extraordinary start at The Mutton!

To ensure you can kick back, relax and get excited to eat, drink and be merry this year, Rob and the team have put together their pick of the best festive season favourites!

We have a traditional Three-Course Christmas Party Menu available throughout December for you to book in advance of your reservation with dishes including:

Home Cured Salmon, Beetroot, Pickled Cucumber Chutney

Roasted Turkey, Duck Fat Roast Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, Seasonal Vegetables & Gravy

Dark Chocolate Mousse, Pineapple Sorbet, Black Pepper Crumble

£42.50 Per Person, available for tables of 8 and above.

boxing day

The perfect day for a walk to brush off those Christmas Day cobwebs! Set us as your destination and enjoy the warmest of welcomes, a drink (or few..!) by the roaring fire and selection of delicious small plates which are available from 12pm to 4pm.

Small plates include Pigs in Blankets with Honey & Mustard, Salmon & Dill Quiche with Pickled Cucumber, and Butternut Squash Arancini with Truffle Mayo.

There is no better place to celebrate the end of year than in the cosy surroundings of The Mutton!

Come and join us throughout the day, or enjoy Chef Rob’s special 5-course set menu in the evening which will be followed by live music and much merriment to see in 2024.

For a perfect celebratory soirée, we’ll be serving a stunning 5-course set menu from 7pm and celebrating until late with live music.
