I started my journey here as a waitress and progressed up to my current role of Assistant Manager in just over two years, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. During my time with this team, I’ve not only learned the ins and outs of providing top-notch service, but also developed a deep appreciation for the importance of teamwork, communication and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Every shift has taught me something new—whether it’s how to handle the busiest of days or how to connect with guests in a way that makes their experience memorable.
